The luxuriously furnished villa will have 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms
and an over-sized private screened heated pool and spa. There is a
sofa bed situated in the family room that sleeps an additional 2
persons if required. It will comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.
Full size Billiard Pool table, football table, Gas BBQ, highspeed
internet, Cable TV, DVD, Hi-Fi VCR, Game Cube. Separate dining area
and breakfast nook in fully-equipped kitchen.

30'x 15' heated private pool has been extended to give you extra
enjoyment. There is also an 8 feet diameter raised Jacuzzi Spa bath
for the ultimate in relaxation. It is fully screened to keep the bugs
out but allows the sunshine in. The stunning extended deck is one of
the largest offered by any house-builder in the region. Patio
furniture is provided. The pool also comes fitted with a child safety
fence.

Our vacation home is fully licensed by the State of Florida. It is
maintained by a professional management company that maintains 24/7
service for the guests.

5 BEDROOMS:
There is cable TV in 3 bedrooms. Radio Alarms are provided in three
of the bedrooms.

-- two twin beds downstairs and two twin beds upstairs

3.5 BATHROOMS:
Hairdryers will be supplied. All bed linen and
towels are provided. But we would ask our guests to bring their own
