Our home is situated just North of Spring Hill on a peaceful residential area called The Heather which is located one mile northbound on US19 from the intersection of US50.

The Heather community area features woodland, lakes and grassland. There is a 9 hole golfcourse on The Heather within walking distance.

The house has cable TV with DVR facility, free WI-FI and long distance/local free US phone calls.

The property features four bedrooms; the master bedroom with Queen bed is en-suite with cable TV in the room and direct access to the pool area, one bedroom has 2 twin beds and this shares a bathroom with an adjacent double bedroom, there is 1 further double bedroom that is also en-suite. The home has a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area fully furnished and well equiped. Laminate flooring is fitted throughout the property making it easy to keep clean.

 
At the rear of the house is an enclosed pool area. The pool measures 12ft by 24ft and is electrically heated. A table and chairs are provided under cover for escaping the sun and dining. There is an integrated double garage with a washer, dryer and sink installed within.

The home is fully equiped in the kitchen ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and fridge freezer with ice maker and cool water . All cooking utensils , cutlery, dinner service, storage containers, plastic cups etc are provided, even 2 pairs of crabs leg crushers if you leave without having used them you will regret it forever.

All bed linen and towels (excluding Beach towels) are provided. There is a cot, high chair and buggies/strollers in the house.A charcoal BBQ and cool boxes are available in the garage.

Cable TV, DVR and DVD player is provided in the living room area and the master bedroom has cable and TV.  Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property as is long distance(USA) and local call telephone calls.

Orlando/Disneyworld/ Tampa/Clearwater/Busch Gardens/Malls are within easy reach of the property making it an ideal place to return to peace and tranquility after a day out.

The location is surrounded by plenty of opportunities for outdoor and indoor pursuits in particular golf, fishing and any form of water activity.

There are plenty of local attractions Weeki-Wachee water park, Homosassa Springs Wildlife park, Pine Island beach, cinema's, restuarants and shopping area's all within a short drive of the house.
