This two story home features exotic Tigerwood floors imported from Denmark, oak hardwood floors,, and high quality carpets, slate and travertiine floors in the baths,  granite countertops, custom glass tile and travertine marble bathrooms. The remodeled kitchen features GE stainless steel appliances. It is truly beautiful and modern! Master bedroom features a king size bed, with plush, soft,pilllowtop Simmons Beatyrest mattress and fine thread sheets for the ultimate in comfort! Master Bedroom has attached
bathroom with granite countertop, travertile marble floors and and a luxurious jacuzzi shower/bathtub with jets! 

A huge, private 600 Square foot deck/balcony features a large high-end stainless BBQ with side burner,  outdoor sofa, 2 chairs and ottomans, patio table and chairs,  umbrella, and available patio heater(awesome for entertaining, parties or just sunning!)

This home has 3 adult bikes, mens and womens beach cruizer and a multispeed bike with optional child seat.  Other bikes and 2 sizes of kids bikes available(you have to share some with the other guests)  all available for your useage!  Wagon with beach toys, Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards , wet suits,  and even some surf boards are available-please inquire and state what you will be needing for your stay as we have just about everything! 

Partial Private garage with storage and Washer and Dryer are available for your convenience-no garage car parking but we have unlimited street parking and the home has 1 offstreet parking space (for those busy beach days)!

Huntington beach has one of the largest recreational piers on the
West Coast! You can have a bonfire on the beach or walk to any
number of nearby attractions!

January 1-Feb 28 is $3800/month or $1100/week prorated to a nightly rate of $160/night(3 night minimum

March 1-April15 is $2000/week.

April 15-May 30is $1850/week.

June 1 to Sept 10 is $2400/week($360/night for less) We also have an adjoining full 2 bedroom home described in property #33285 available for extended families and friends.  Please inquire and tell us what you need as I have other residences too. 

Cleaning/restocking fee applies to all reservations $200

Refundable security Deposit - $700($1000 with pets)- may accept credit card authorization in lieu of deposit at owners discretion  Credit cards and Paypal accepted with 3% charge.
Cleaning Fee non refundable of $200.00
**Monthly Rentals are available for $3,800.00 low season to $8000(high season)**  We can discount the rate for a full month reservation at owners discrestion.
