offers a king sized bed and views of the grounds and pool. The
second bedroom offers matching twin beds. Walk right out the sliding
screen door, across the beautifully manicured grounds to a heated
pool, or walk just a bit farther across the boardwalk right to the

Sales tax is 6% and tourist tax is 3%
Monthly rates INCLUDE $85.00 cleaning fee.
The reservation deposit is $300.00. This will be applied to your rental.
                    Thirty Days Prior To Arrival, All Fees Are Due

   Otherwise the reservation is cancelled and the reservation deposit is forfeited
 If a cancellation occurs within the 30 day window, the rental payment is forfeited. A $300.00 Security Deposit is required. This will be returned within 10 days after a satisfactory inspection of the condominium.
