Beautiful 4 bedroom Hollywood Beach Retreat- Unbeatable View in Oxnard

This is a spacious, three story house across from Channel Islands Harbor, and a thirty second walk to beautiful, A/A rated, Hollywood Beach.  This is a great place to get away from the city - quiet and private. While the beach is public, and has a lifeguard on duty in the summer,  it will seem like a private beach as it is never crowded. The house has
unique panoramic views of the ocean, harbor, and mountains. On a clear day you can see the beautiful Channel Islands. The third floor is entirely a huge master suite with a king sized bed, fireplace, queen pull out sofa, tv with dvd player, and a  huge walk-in closet. There is a deck with a sitting area and views of ocean. The master bath has an oversized  tub, double sinks and double shower. The second floor has a combination living/dining room and kitchen. The living room has a pull out queen sofa and fireplace. Kitchen has
dishwasher and is fully equipped. There is a deck next to the kitchen so you can barbecue, and then relax and eat while watching the boats. There is a bedroom on the second floor with a queen sized bed. There is also a bathroom with a large shower stall. The first floor has two bedrooms. One has bunkbeds, and a built in desk with cabinets and shelves. The other bedroom has a daybed with a trundle, a small refrigerator, sink and microwave.  There is a one car garage with washer/dryer. There is also an outdoor shower.Ample parking is available also on the street.

Living/ dining area is very spacious. Table seats eight and there
are 5 barstools for the large kitchen eat-at counter.
There is wireless internet, cable hd 42 inch tv, 2 dvd and 3 vhs players, cd
player, charcoal bbq, fully furnished kitchen (microwave, dishwasher,
trash compactor,etc), beach chairs, boogie boards, games, videos.
House is not baby-proofed and may not be appropriate for active,
adventurous toddlers.

The house is just 60 steps from one of the most beautiful, deepest
beaches in southern California. Bring your binoculars to watch
for whales, seals, and dolphins. Surfing and boogie boarding are
popular. Take walks on the beach and collect shells. There are boat
rentals available nearby where you can choose from electric boats, kayaks and
peddle boats. There are whale watching excursions and tours of the
Channel Islands. There are outdoor concerts across the Harbor and a
Farmer's market every Sunday. Miniature golf, restaurants, and
shopping are very nearby. The famous Camarillo outlet mall is only a 20 minute drive away.

Summer  2013: June 8-September 2: $2950/week total (checkin on Monday or Friday only), weekend (Fri-Monday: 3 night minimum): $1550 total,  Mon-Thurs: $1850 total.  Monthly rate in summer is $10,000/mo. Cleaning fee included in all prices of one week or less for summer rates, $100 extra cleaning for more than one week  
Fall 2013 (Sept 9-Nov 22):  Fri, Sat : $375, Sun-Thurs: $325  Full week: $2250 $4500/month

Winter 2013: (1/6-3/22) :Fri, Sat $350, weeknights: $300, weekly: $1950, monthly: $3200
Spring 2013 (4/1-6/7): weekend/Fri&Sat: $375/nt), two night minimum; Sun-Thurs: 325/night; $2250/week; $4500/mo

All holidays are at a higher rate: Thanksgiving week, Christmas week $2500- ask for other holidays

One bed and bath can be locked off for discounted monthly rate if there are fewer than 4 guests. 
Towels NOT included in stays less than one week but can be rented for $50. Sheets are always included. 
$500 minimum refundable security deposit-more if stay is longer or bringing pet
Fee per person above 9 guests,  discount under 6 guests
