stay longer! Overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway with a direct  
view of Bald Head Island and Oak Island lighthouse, you'll be able  
to go into relaxation mode quite easily! With full exposure from the  
living room and kitchen, you can have kitchen duty and continue to  
see it all! The kitchen has everything you want - fully furnished,  
first quality appliances and cookware. The furnishings qualify this  
condomimiun as prestine offering Two bedrooms/two baths; will sleep  
four easily (one king/2 twins) The queen sleeper sofa in the living  
room for additional sleeping. (Rate based on double occupancy.)  
Parking is beneath the condo & access to elevator is right there for  
you. The Harborside is in a perfect, but quiet location. Park your  
car and move it only when your vacation is over.  Walk to breakfast,  
lunch or dinner if you like!  Bring your bike! You can bring a small  
jon boat that can perhaps fit in your parking space.  Boat launch or  
storage just seconds away. Thank you for smoking ONLY on the porch  
areas. No pets.

*Weekly Rate $1250 - July 4th week 
Monthly Rate: $1800 (November - thru March) - taxes applied under 90 days 
4% Occupany Tax 
6.75 NC State Tax (taxes applied to all stays under 90 days)
