best place to enjoy a Florida Vacation!! Why stay in another boring  
small hotel room? Our spacious cottage is truly a special place.  
Enjoy your own VERY PRIVATE pool and screen enclosed lanai. Where  
else can you stay that allows your kids to feel so special each night 
as they sleep in our "one of a kind" a day at the beach with spongebob room 
 
Our newly decorated rooms will help you experience Florida's many  
moods...relaxed...historic...fun!! 
   
If you're tired of staying in hotels and crowded multi-family  
complexes 
...Then you will love The Pelican and the Sailor's cottage... 
 
- In Peaceful Palm Coast, FL. -  
The cottage is located in beautiful Cypress Knoll's Golf Community.  
It's a short 9 minute drive to Flagler Beach.  
  
The pristine cottage has very UNIQUE nautical & tropical themed  
rooms and the screen enclosed pool is very private with a lovely  
natural woodsy view. In the pool lanai there's a bar, gas grill and a  
fridge to hold ice cold drinks! 
  
Our cottage (built in 2001)has been newly decorated with tropical and  
ocean motiffs. Three bedrooms, two full baths,  
 
The CAPTAINS QUARTERS, Master bedroom has a roomy king bed  
with electric lift controls. The master suite has a large separate 
shower, large whirlpool tub & walk-in closet. It is decorated in  
beautiful seaside spa retreat style. Step into the pool area from the  
bedroom entrance and enjoy a cool drink at the pool bar. 
 
The ST. AUGUSTINE ROOM, Second bedroom features a queen bed with  
tropical decor that celebrates historic St. Augustine, America's  
oldest city. The bath has a shower/tub combination decorated in a  
warm tropical theme. 
 
The DAY AT THE BEACH WITH SPONGEBOB ROOM, Third bedroom has a queen bed where as you  
drift off to sleep you may hear the sound of waves and feel like you  
are sleeping right on the beach. Kids of all ages and the young at  
heart will love the fun atmosphere. Just ask SPONGEBOB!! 
  
The MARINER living room is stylishly decorated in an nautical motif  
and features cable TV and DVD player. Cozy oversized sectional  
sitting with recling seats. The sliding door leads to the sparkling  
swimming pool.  
 
The kitchen comes complete with all upgraded appliances. All  
cookware, dishes, utensils and accessories are provided. The eating  
area seats six or eat outside by the pool at our bar or patio table.
