Welcome to our 5 bed Executive home with new games room with full size pool table, Why not escape
from all the hustle & bustle and stay in Our 5
bed, 5 bath dream home in the Exclusive sought after 5 Star Resort of Windsor Hills, closest

2 miles and only 5 minutes drive from the main gate of Walt Disney World so close in fact that you
can visit the park in the morning return home for a relaxing afternoon by the pool and be back in
the park for the evening Parade or Fire Works. Situated just off Highway 192 with it's many shops
and restaurants, shopping malls, Forida Mall,The Loop, Beltz outlet and the Premium outlet. The
International airport, Universal Studios,Islands of Adventure, Wet'n'Wild, Sea World, International
Drive, Orlando Convention Centre & Orlando's newest splash water park Aquatica are all within 25
minutes drive from our home. Golf is just 10 minutes drive away. Some of the best restaurants in
florida are also only minutes away from our home.

The home itself(sleeps 10 comfortably) has 2 master suites (Ideal for 2 families sharing). It also
has 3 further Themed
bedrooms with twin beds (a guest room, Animal kingdom room and that all important Mickey Mouse room)
where dreams really do come true. Each room is tastefully decorated with comfort in mind, with TV's
in all bedrooms and ceiling fans for that added comfort during the hot Summer days, plus X.box and
PlayStation 2, plus games. We have a baby high chair plus baby crib available to our guests.
A games room and BBQ has been added to our home for the comfort and enjoyment of our guests.
There is a push button concierge available from our home.

Our home has a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern conveniences at your fingertips. The
living
area has beautiful ceramic tiles. Full size washer and dryer are located in the garage. The sitting
room is
extremely comfortable with a leather sofa which leads out to the screaned lanai with heated private
pool and waterfall spa plus pool furniture and BBQ gas grill.It has a patio where you can sit and
relax in the
evening and watch the sun set after those long days at the parks or soak in the heated private pool
or spa. The west facing pool gets the sun from approx 11am till 6pm each day.
With it's close proximity to Walt Disney World, it makes it a prime location for that holiday of a
life time that you will never forget.

The Resort itself is truly a child's paradise with a host of amenities on site. Communal swimming
pool with slide ; water fountains and Jacuzzi : Clubhouse : fitness gym : sundry shop : table

We loved your house and would have loved to have stayed longer.
We were surprised at how close you are to Disney and found it very convenient to all the parks,
restaurants and shopping. Windsor Hills was just beautiful with so much
to do there. The kids loved the new game room and of course the pool. We
were in Orlando for my sons baseball tournament at Disney. Some of the
team stayed in a hotel on the Disney property. Most were not happy with
their room accommodations and were expecting more than what they got.
They were all pretty jealous of our house and its convenience to
everything. The team is talking about going back to a Disney baseball
tournament next summer and we will definitely want to stay at your house
again. Thanks for making the rental process easy with great
instructions. We had a wonderful time. Thanks.

We had a wonderful holiday in Orlando. Your home was perfect in every
way. It was very convenient for all the theme parks and was very
comfortable to return to at the end of the day. It had every thing
and more that we needed. The Windsor Hills resort was also very nice
and it was great to have the facilities that were offered to the
residents. We would definitely love to return one day.

Hi Christine,
We had a wonderful stay in your home, the games room and pool were an added feature that everyone
used. Renting a house vs a condo or hotel was great. The house was very clean and in a great
location for walking to the playground and pool. We walked to the pool several times. There are also
a lot of great restaurants close by.

We did not use the extra night. We had plan reservations for Thur night so we couldn’t change them
(would have liked to). Maybe in 5 years we can work out another great deal. I would highly recommend
your place to my friends and co-workers.
