Classic 3 bedroom, 2 bath, medium size kitchen, with open air to
dinning room, and open air living room with french doors to out side
sun porch. Enjoy the outdoors indoors. South facing house,
charming and quaint, but new inside. You'll feel right at home.
Activities and Attractions
Beach, boardwalk, the pier, Balboa, the ferry to Balboa Island, the
famous Wedge bodysurfing, and Newport Harbor. Fashion Island to
shop, and the quiet of the Balboa Peninsula.
Vacation Rental Rates
$4,800 per month Sept. to May, then $3500 per week in Summer, June
through August. Long term leases will be considered for rate
reductions.
