vacation rental description
The Evergreen Cottage is a one story ranch located at West Bluff
Drive,Two miles south of Keuka Lake State Park. Enjoy the afternoon
sun on the large deck overlooking the lake with 100 feet of
frontage.There is a path with steps from the parking area to the
cottage and cottage to the beach. There are three bedrooms and one
bathroom. Beds in the rooms are two twins,one queen and one double.
The dock is forty feet long and 5'5" deep at the end. Both sides are padded for boat docking.
We do not allow pets.
This is are family cottage that is rented out occasionally.
Water toys, floats, life jackets, boats, fishing equipment, etc are not provided
There are quiet neighbors on both sides and number of people are restricted.
Renters to provide their own linen, paper products, trash bags, and laundry supplies. Cleaning supplies are provided.
