directly to the beach. Master suite with king size bed. Second bedroom, 2 twin beds beautifully  
decorated, and den/3rd bedroom with sofa bed. Two  
baths, laundry room, gourmet kitchen, set up bar in family room. 
Flat screen (3) TV's with surrond sound in all rooms, DVD. Top of  
the line stainless steel appliances, Granite countertops thoughout,  
high speed internet access, printer, fax, long distance.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Patio off family room and master bedroom, 2nd floor deck also  
where you can watch the beautiful sunsets. 2 covered parking  
spaces, 
Common large heated pool area has spa and both an open bbq pit area  
and gas grill for cooking outdoors. 
Quiet area of Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach but close to  
restauants and shopping.

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, kayaking, golfing, all water sports. Beaches, seven miles  
of white sand for walking and jogging. 
1 hour from Tampa Airport, 1/2 hour from Sarasota, and St. Armands  
Circle for shopping and restaurants galore. Mote Aquarium, Ringling  
Museum, great restaurants, theater and shopping in Sarasota.

4-18-09 to 6-12-09--$2900./wk  
6-13-09 to 8-7-09--$3000./wk. 
Holiday weeks 10% higher--Thanksgivng, Christmas, Easter etc.  
Cleaning $100. Extra 
$500. deposit required on 1 week rental. 25% deposit on longer than 1 week. 100% due 45 days before  
arrival. $500.Security deposit required.
