Vacation Rental Description

A bright, very spacious, contemporary two bedroom condo with private 
lanai (patio)in the meticulously groomed Madeira Beach Yacht Club.
Ship shape and Bristol fashion! 
The property itself comprises of a large, private, 
screened lanai with ceramic tile floor and and patio set. It overlooks 
one of two lovely pools in the complex.
A spacious and contemporary lounge with floor to ceiling windows 
also overlooking the pool, with a fireplace and 2 sofas with pull out 
beds, TV and DVD. There is a phone for local calls. 
The lounge also has a bar with stools for snacks/drinks.
A separate modern dining room with ceramic floor and also a wall of 
windows looking out onto the lanai and pool. 
There is a large walk in closet off of this room
A well equipped kitchen,
dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven with hob and C.D. 
player. It has all new kitchenwear. There is a 
A brand new guest (1/2) bathroom also with ceramic flooring all on
the main floor.
All rooms downstairs have new ceramic tile and or wood laminate floors.
 
There are 2 very spacious, freshly decorated bedrooms with new linens, both with 
queen sized beds(large double) the master bedroom also has an extra 
trundle bed (2 twin beds) both bedrooms have very spacious closets. There's also a large full
bathroom with bath/shower and full size laundry facilities on the upper floor. 
There is lots of closet space!
 
There are new beach towels, beach chairs and umberella etc., for you to enjoy at the beach!

All rooms have floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pool and 
tropical landscaping in this lovely townhouse.
There are also waterviews from the balcony.

and full use of all the facilities on the complex. 
Parking spots are right outside the unit.

The property is bright and open and has splendid views from every 
room.
The whole complex is low rise, 2-3 floors and is happily, built on a 
tiny peninsula so it is not overshadowed by huge buildings, it is 
very light and cheery. 
It is only a 2-4 min walk to the beach.

Madeira Beach is part of Florida's Amazing Sun coast. It is the only 
resort area located on the Incredible Gulf of Mexico with its 
turquoise waters and wide, soft sand beaches. 
Busch Gardens is 30 mins away.
Disney World, Universal Studios, Epcot and Sea World are only 90 
Minutes away.  
Madeira Beach and the areas close by, such as St Johns Pass, 
Treasure Island, St. Petersburg Beach and Clearwater Beach, offer unlimited 
activities.
And you’re only 35 mins from Tampa airport.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This lovely townhouse is part of the exclusive Madeira Beach Yacht 
Club, situated between the pretty marinas of the intercoastal waterway and glorious 
Madeira Beach, with it’s soft white sand and extraordinary sunsets. 
It’s perfect!
The Yacht Club has two Heated Pools, a Spa, Sauna, Exercise room, 
Billiard room, Harbor and Fishing piers with waterside barbeque, 
tables and chairs. Just behind the condo is tiny Madeira park surrounded 
by the inter-coastal waters. It has tennis and basketball courts and 
a baseball field. 
The Madeira Beach Yacht club is a gated community with 24hr security.

Activities and Attractions

Activities include - Water sports, Swimming, Snorkeling, Diving, 
Boating, Sailing, 
Waterskiing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Parasailing, Jet skiing, Boat 
rentals, Dolphin cruises, Amusement Parks, 
Casino cruises, Fishing, Golf, Tennis, Basketball, Horseback 
Riding, Live Theater, Cinemas, Museums, Shopping 
and of course, Sunning and Relaxing on beautiful stretches of white 
sandy beach keeping a lookout for those dolphins.  

There are plenty of really great restaurants in the area around the Yacht Club as well as shops, 
including 2 large grocery stores, pharmacy, library, banks, 
hairdressers and an ice cream shop!
The well stocked library is just across the street. For a small fee. a short term membership is 
available. The library has computers with internet access for you to use as well as movie DVD's and 
music CD's for you to take out and Enjoy!

Vacation Rental Rates

LOW  - July - Dec 2008 ONLY $600 wkly  - $1,800 monthly

4th JULY, THANKSGIVING AND WINTER HOLIDAY WEEKS 2008 - $700
 
MID  - April 1st 2008 - June 30th 2008  $700 wkly  - $2,200 monthly

PEAK – Jan 1st 2009 - Mar 31st 2009  $800 wkly - $2,800 monthly
 

Rental prices include local phone calls, registration fee and cleaning.
Prices do not include applicable 12% Florida tourist tax.

This a non smoking unit.

A 20% deposit is required to hold dates for you.

There is the usual $200 fully refundable extra cleaning/damage deposit due with the balance.
