A bright, spacious, contemporary two bedroom condo with your own private
lanai (screened porch) in the beautifuly groomed Madeira Beach Yacht
Club.
It's ship shape and Bristol fashion!
The property itself comprises of a private,
screened lanai with ceramic tile floor and 2 patio sets.
It overlooks the pool but not itself overlooked. The perfect place for a quiet breakfast or evening cocktail.
The townhouse has central air conditioning and ceiling fans. (All rooms)
A spacious lounge with floor to ceiling windows
overlooking the pool, with a fireplace and comfortable sofas, TV and DVD. The lounge also has a bar with stools for
snacks/drinks.
A large, separate, dining room that sits 6 comfortably with a wall of
windows looking out onto the lanai and over the pool area.
There is a walk in closet off of this room contain extra chairs for the lanai and beach equipment etc.

The whole place is spacious, very clean and uncluttered, easy to keep tidy.

A fully equipped galley kitchen with everything you need including a CD player.
There is also a new guest (1/2) bathroom.
All rooms downstairs have new ceramic tile and or wood laminate
floors.
On the upper floor there are 2 very spacious bedrooms, both with
double beds. The largest bedroom also has an extra
trundle bed. (2 twin beds) Both bedrooms have large closets.
A full bathroom with bath/shower and full size laundry facilities
and there's loads of extra closet space! The upstairs is carpeted so no food on the upper level please, thank you.

This townhouse has beach towels, linens and it's own BBQ.
All rooms have new ceiling fans and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the
pool and tropical landscaping.

THERE IS NO WIFI IN THE UNIT. There is wifi in the yacht club common rooms and at the library whish is just across from the unbit. There is an outside sitting area at the library so library hours do not apply to wifi use.

There are some inland waterway waterviews from the balcony.
All guests have full use of all the facilities exersise room, pools jacuzi etc., on the complex.
Open, secure parking is very close to the unit.
The townhouse is bright and open.
The whole complex is low rise, (2-3 floors) and is happily, built on
a tiny peninsula so it is not overshadowed by taller buildings, it is
very light and cheery.
It is only a 3-4 min walk to the beach!
Madeira Beach is part of Florida's Amazing Sun coast. It's south of Clearwater with it's exciting night life and north of St Petes beach.

The area around Madeira Beach is laid back and relaxing. It's just the place to hang out and chill. There is also a shuttle bus ($2 one way or a weekly/monthly pass) that travels up and down all day from St Peterburg beach to Clearwater beach. It comes by at approx 15-20 min intervals. It stops at all the beaches and many places in between.

MBYC is on the Incredible Gulf of Mexico with its
turquoise waters and glorious sugar sand beaches. The Snack Shack is open right on Madeira Beach. Fort De Soto is just south of us and is a glorious state beach, one of the very beast in the US.

For the family; Busch Gardens is 30 mins away.
Disney World, Universal Studios, Epcot and Sea World are only 90
Minutes away.
Madeira Beach and the areas close by, such as St Johns Pass,
Treasure Island, St. Petersburg Beach and Clearwater Beach, offer
unlimited activities and lot's of shopping. And, your only 35 mins from Tampa airport.

Club Condominiums, sitting between the pretty marinas of the intercoastal waterway and glorious
Madeira Beach, with it's soft white sand, dolphins and extraordinary
sunsets.

The Yacht Club has two lovely Heated Pools, both saline, a Spa, Sauna, Exercise room and pool room.

Harbor and Fishing piers with waterside barbeques,
tables and chairs. Just behind the condo is tiny Madeira park which is
surrounded by the inter-coastal waters and soft breezes. It has tennis and basketball courts and baseball fields.
The Madeira Beach Yacht club is a private, gated community with security
cameras.

Activities include - Water sports, Swimming, Snorkeling, Diving,
Boating, Sailing,
Waterskiing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Parasailing, Jet skiing, Boat
rentals, Dolphin cruises, Amusement Parks,
Casino cruises, Fishing, Golf, Tennis, Basketball, Horseback
Riding, Live Theater, Cinemas, Museums, Shopping
and of course, Sunning and Relaxing on beautiful stretches of white
sandy beach keeping a lookout for those dolphins.
There are plenty of really great restaurants within easy walking
distance of the Yacht Club as well
as shops including 2 large grocery stores, pharmacy, a great library,
banks,
hairdressers and an ice cream shop!
The library is just across the street. For a small fee, a short term
membership is
available. The library has new computers with wifi and internet access for you
to use as well as movie DVD's, music CD's for you to take out and Enjoy!
