SoCo, 'The Irons' is within City Center of Austin.  Events and
landmarks like SXSW, ACL Fest, the Sixth Street Music District, Zilker
Park, downtown's Lake Austin 10-mile hike & bike trail and the
University of Texas campus. This home is in the heart of the most
desired area of Austin today. Famous for great restaurants like the
award-winning sushi restaurant 'Uchi' (head chef/owner Tyson Cole
named one of the Top Ten New American Chefs 2005 by FOOD & WINE
MAGAZINE), Artz Ribhouse, Gueros, El Sol Y La Lune, Austin original
fashion boutiques, Retro/Vintage shops, music clubs/venues, SXSW
Festival, Austin City Limits Festival and Zilker Park. 

'The Irons' is a newly constructed, custom designed, modern, luxury,
private home (2000sqft) situated on 1/2 acre of private, secluded,
fully fenced land.  

Our mission is to provide the experience, luxury, service,
convenience, and choice offered worldwide by Five Star Hotels like
Austin's downtown Four Seasons Hotel just 2 minutes away.

The front door opens to a lavish grand room, dining area and spacious
living room with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, flat-screen TV, DVD
player, Bose Wave Music System, and an excellent collection of Austin
music for your entertainment desire. To the back of the grand room is
the guest bedroom with queen bed, luxury linens, large closet,
entertainment center, full bathroom and a secluded forest
view.     

The second floor is a master suite with its own private living room,
flat-screen TV and queen hide-a-bed.  The master bedroom
boasts a king size bed, luxury linens, master bath with double shower,
double sink, and walk-in closet.  The master suite faces secluded,
serene, forest view Bouldin Creek meandering below.

Other amenities include:
Separate area housing a washer/dryer + storage area.

Privacy in the heart of Austin seemingly a world away in funky,
fabulous, South Austin. "We're here because we are not all there."

$2,500-$3,000 weekly
Monthly Rates Available: Inquire with owner.
Discounts available for extended stays.

Please Note:
Special rates apply during high season. High season is variable and is
strictly defined by current events scheduled in Austin.

South By Southwest Festival (SXSW)7 day, $700/day, minimum reservation
required.

Availability: We do not currently keep an online calendar.  Each request for availability will be immediately responded

Reservation:
Cashiers check required for reservation guarantee.
50% non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee a reservation.

Full payment and $500-$1500 security deposit(depending on length of
reservation) is required at check in.

Housekeeping Required--$150-$200 (extra housekeeping fees may apply)
