Arguably the best ocean view rental home in St. Augustine Beach. The
beach and ocean are only steps away (about 40-50 yards to the
boardwalk). The interior and exterior are gorgeous and large: 4,000
air-conditioned square feet of marbled floor, 500 square feet of
decks, four full baths and two half-baths. Pool, ping-pong, and
foosball. TV's available in each bedroom. Watch the sailboats from
the balconies in the kitchen or master bedroom. A 50" HDTV in the
Great Room / Kitchen will entertain you when outdoor activities have
you worn out. The kitchen has granite counter-tops along with Sub-
Zero and Viking appliances. The house has nice touches such as
granite sills, elevator, and crown molding even in the well-equipped
laundry room. The 1st floor bedroom has a king size bed, private full
bath, walk-in closet, and separate entrance to the side yard. The
2nd floor bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet, and full
bath. The 3rd floor has the master suite with a king size bed, an
elliptical for exercise, large private bath with Jacuzzi tub,
dressing area, shower, and balcony. The 3rd floor also has a large
bedroom with a kid's bunk bed, full-size bed and private bath
(shower but no tub). Hi-speed DSL internet.

Due to home-owner's association rules: all renters must be 35 years
of age, no rental period shorter than one week, maximum visitors /
guests during the stay must be less than or equal to 10, no pets,
and maximum of 3 cars/trucks. The condo association enforces the
limits on vehicles and number of guests. No smoking indoors please.

vacation rental rates

$2250 per week between Labor Day and March 1st unless it is
Thanksgiving or New Years. $3000 per week otherwise. $300 cleaning
fee for all stays. No discounts for visits less than 7 days.

25% due immediately with balance due 45 days before arrival.
