Family Shore Home /4Bdrm. 2 +1/2 Bath in Ocean City

Enjoy all the comforts of home at our wonderful shore house.Our home is a spacious great family getaway. We are located on the bay side in Caine Woods which is a quiet residential area in Ocean City. We are about five blocks to the beach. This rental is family owned and this is our only rental. There are two off street parking spaces and plenty of parking on our street. We have plenty of room for a couple of families. Four full bedrooms,two full bathrooms and one half bath. Our living room and dining room has cathedral ceilings. Central air and ceiling fans in every room. Full kitchen with a five seat breakfast bar.Dining room with six chairs and table. Great for family dinners. Deck on rear of house is partly screened in and also sun deck to catch the rays.Three TV's with VCR's.As you can see there is plenty of room for a nice family vacation.

Master bedroom has 1 King size bed with full bath on first floor
Second floor:One bedroom has Queen size bed only. Another bedroom has Queen size bed and a set of bunks plus a baby crib if needed. Lastly we have two bunkbeds in our other bedroom. Also a pullout couch in the loft. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan and is fully air conditioned. **** You will need to bring your own linens****

Beautiful beaches. Great restaraunts. Best boardwalk on east coast. Awesome playground nearby. Outlet shopping in nearby Rehobooth Beach. Plenty of fun nightlife spots. $2 to ride the bus allday. Fishing charters and sightseeing tours . Great free entertainment on the beach in the summer.

Rates For 2009 :
June Thru September Is $2,200.00 Per week which includes cleaning.
$400 down payment is required=$200 to hold the rental and $200 damage deposit.
