At the "End of the Road" on 3rd. Street, this unit has great views of the main boating channel and harbor for the non boater and almost immediate Ocean access for the fisherman. The living, dining and kitchen area are all open to each
other and on the top floor. A balcony runs the side of the unit and wraps around the living area opening to a covered porch. On this level is the master bedroom with a king size bed and private bath, a second bedroom with a queen bed and a third with 2 twin beds. A hall bath serves the two bedrooms and living areas. The fourth bedroom, with a queen bed, and third bath can be found on the first level, accessed by a spiral staircase or the outside stairs. A small sitting area with an entertainment bar, refrigerator and microwave oven makes this a quiet
retreat.

For the boater the dockage is great. Take your pick of either the pier
dock on the main channel or the seawall on the canal. Fish cleaning
table, bait freezer and a commercial ice machine complete the package!

Key Colony Beach offers a municipal park area with tennis courts, basketball court, children's play area and a Par 3 golf course. Sunset Park on the west end right on Vaca Cut has a small beach area, lovely grounds and a great view of the sunset. The community is a great place for walking or biking throughout the residential streets.

Three restaurants, a deli and charter boat row are all within a short walk or drive from the unit. Marathon, which surrounds Key Colony, offers more shops and services including two grocery stores grocery stores, Publix and Winn Dixie, 2 drug stores, CVS and Walgreen’s, a KMART and many other shops, bait and tackle shops, gifts shops and a wide selection of restaurants all within a few miles drive.
More beaches? Sombrero Beach is about two miles away and Bahia Honda
State Park is about a 20 minute drive south. Key West is a great day trip and about 1.25 hours south.

Boat rental companies are available in Key Colony and Marathon, most of them will let you keep the boat at your dock for the week (some will even deliver and pick up the boat!).

All rates are plus a $25 booking fee, $150 cleaning fee, 12.5% sales tax and a refundable $500 reservation/security deposit.
