is a direct beach front luxury unit with unobstructed views of the  
Gulf and the most spectacular sunsets you will ever see. Barefoot  
Beach construction was completed in late 2005. Enjoy staying in one  
of Manasota Key's newest condos. Barefoot Beach is  
four stories and now the tallest structure on Manasota Key. 
 
The beach is wide and features some of the best shelling on the Gulf  
coast. Barefoot Beach offers quiet solitude or, if you prefer,  
abundant amenities and activities just steps from the door. Step off  
the elevator and onto the beach for walking, swimming, fishing,  
sunbathing, reading, napping and enjoying spectacular sunsets!  
 
Don't be surprised to see a Loggerhead turtle or Manatee swimming at  
the beach. Manasota Key is a natural haven and breeding ground for  
many wildlife species. With a short walk you can explore Stump Pass  
State Park and its wildlife sanctuary, hiking trails and excellent  
game fishing. Nearby attractions also include historic sites,  
museums, art galleries, the Mote Aquarium and the Englewood

Our Sunsational Barefoot Beach condo has ceramic tile  
floors throughout, granite countertops in the kitchen and a large  
soaking tub in the Master suite. The large screened lanai has a  
dining table and there is seating for six so you can enjoy sunsets  
in luxury!  
The Condo is completely stocked with linens and towels so just bring  
your clothes and personal items. There are three TV's, two DVD/VCR's  
and a CD/Cassette stereo system.  The modern kitchen is fully  
stocked with dishwasher, microwave, disposal, coffee-maker, electric  
can opener, and ice and water dispenser on the side by side  
refrigerator.  There is also a full size washer & dryer, iron &  
board for your convenience.  There are beach chairs, umbrella,  
beach towels and even noodle floats in the condo for your use.

Discounts of up to 30% advertised rates (excludes holiday periods).  
 
One week minimum.  $500 deposit required.  Visa and MasterCard accepted. 
Listed rates do not include $100 cleaning fee and 12% FL tax.
