building. This recently redorated condo has an open floor plan,
bright airy rooms, ceiling fans, queen size sleeper sofa, 2 color
cable TV's, DVD, VCR, CD player, outdoor shower with H/C water,
microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, garbage disposal and
central heat/air conditioning. Only steps away from the beach,
fishing pier, and convenient island market. Enjoy community
activities for children of all ages during the summer months. You
can rent bikes, umbrellas, and beach chairs close by. The kitchen
is completely stocked for all of your needs.
This is a NO SMOKING and NO PETS condo.

Relax this summer on one of North Carolina's Barrier Island
beaches. A beach community that focuses on family activities while
offering an array of amenities just minutes away. Golf, dining,
amusements, and shopping become evening activities as the sun sets

Activities and Attractions
Sunset Beach is known for its family atmosphere and wide open,
clean beaches. You can walk or ride your bike to the family fishing
pier. Community activities include the Turtle Watch Group that
introduces the tourists to their important program every Sunday
evening on the beach - Great for the kids! Sunset Beach also has a
bird santuary on its west end with miles of quiet beach to walk or
ride a bike.
There are several great restaurants within 5 miles including
Calabash and Ocean Isle.
There are 20-30 golf courses within a 10 mile radius for the avid
golfer and rates are great in the summer!
Fishing boats go out of Ocean Isle, Calabash, and Little River for
the diehard fisherman. Or you can rent a pontoon boat for a casual
ride up the Intercoastal Waterway. Great fun!
And don't forget Myrtle Beach! Just about a 30 minute ride to all
of the fun and excitement of amusement parks, miniature golf courses
of all kinds, restaurants and shopping galore! You can have all of
the fun and lights of Myrtle Beach and then return to the relaxing,
calm of Sunset Beach.
Vacation Rental Rates
In Season - June 14 - August 16 - $900.00
Value Season-Weeks of May 31, June 7, August 23 - $700.00
Off season September through May will rent by the day/week/month.
Refundable Security Deposit of $400.00. If the condo is left in good
order your check will be returned to you after inspection.
Cleaning - $75.00 to be paid in advance for the cleaning service at
the end of your stay.
1/2 deposit is required at booking.
Remaining rent, cleaning fee and a separate check of $400.00 for the
Refundable Security Deposit is required 4 weeks prior to arrival.
If you are renting the condo within 4-6 weeks of booking, payment is
due in full at that time.
Arrangements will be made to pick up key upon your arrival.
