fabulous nightlife. Convenient to the trendy Las Olas Boulevard
and less than 1 mile from the beach.

42" Plasma TV, DVD read/write, high-speed wireless internet,
stereo/CD player, alarm system, gas grill, telephone, central air
conditioning, luxury linens and towels, ceiling fans, microwave,
dishwasher, refrigerator,icemaker, toaster, cooking utensils, washer
and dryer. Large solar heated pool with lounging area.
Lush tropical landscaping. Two car garage. House keeping / cleaning
services are available at an additional cost.

Beaches, State Parks, Boating, Water-skiing, Windsurfing, Golf, Gym,
Broward Performing Arts Center.
Shopping: Publix grocery shopping less than 3 blocks from the house.

High Season Nov - May - $1,350/weekly; $4,500/month.
(we prefer seasonal rentals for December through March)

Low Season Jun - Oct - $1000/weekly; $3,500 monthly

Rates include taxes and departure cleaning fee.

Security Deposits: A $1,500 security deposit is due at the time of
reservation. Additional Pet Security Deposit required.

Reservations are not considered confirmed until your check has been
cashed.

General Policies: There is no lifeguard. Swimming is at your own
risk. There is no smoking in the house. Check in and check out
times are flexible according to your arrival times, provided other
guests are not departing or arriving on your dates. Any major
damage or loss (other than normal wear and tear) will be charged to
the security deposit.

Cancellation Policy: A minimum 30 day notice of cancellation is
required in writing or e-mail for a refund of a deposit. A 90 day
notice of cancellation is required in writing or e-mail for a refund
for extended stays of a month or more. There are no refunds for
early departures and no shows.
