Peak Season: May 15 to September 15, 2008  $1850 per week

Mid Season:  March 15 to May 15, 2008 $1413 per week
             September 15, 2007 to January 2, 2008 $1413 per week

Off Season:  January 2, 2008 to March 15, 2008  $1150 per week

Monthly Off Season Rate:  $1950 per month, including utilities

Additional fees of $230 per week for cleaning, linens, supplies and 
reservation are not included.
