Mid Season: March 15 to May 15, 2011: $1,340 per week
September 15, 2011 to January 1, 2012: $1,340 per week
Off Season: January 2, 2011 to March 15, 2011: $1075 per week

Monthly Off Season Rate: $1800 per month, including utilities

Additional fees of $255 per week for cleaning, linens, supplies and
reservation are not included.  Optional damage insurance is available for $45 in lieu of a damage deposit.
