We are located in the security of the gated community of Brendan
Cove. The home is on a canal of the Imperial River, and offers
Gulf access for the sport boat enthusiast or fisherman.

This single family home features an enclosed lanai and pool area.
The Master bedroom and Living Room open to the lanai, and a private
dock on the Imperial River provides a place for your boat with
access to the Gulf of Mexico. The Master bedroom also features a
fully tiled bath.

The former 3rd bedroom serves as an office away from the office, and
the fully equipped kitchen allows you to eat breakfast, prepare a
picnic lunch, or cook a sumptuous evening dinner.
