Vista Dunes - Private Pool & Poolside Summer Kitchen in Grayton Beach

Vista Dunes beach home with its premier location is the ultimate
vacation home. You will truly be in a "Tropical Paradise". Gulf
Trace is a private, secluded beach community that is surrounded by
800 acres of a Dune Preserve with Coastal Lakes owned by the State
of Florida and directly on the Gulf of Mexico. You wind through a
State Preserve to our private community.

This beautiful beach home has four bedrooms and four full baths. One
wing has two bedrooms with (1) king bed in each room. The other wing
has two bedrooms with (2) king beds in each room. The large great
room with panoramic views of the lake, State Dune Preserve and the
Gulf of Mexico features a custom-made queen size Murphy Bed with a
real mattress. This room is perfect for those special family
gatherings or weddings.

The main kitchen area has a 10' island for convenient food
preparation, dining or for those buffet dinner parties. We just
added a new Kitchen-aid side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water
on the door. Another full refrigerator is located in the laundry
room, (2) more refrigerators are in the downstairs summer kitchen.

In the master closet is a library of books for your enjoyment during
your stay. We also have a variety of movies for everyone (lots of
movies for small children.

The home has all new flooring installed in December 2005. The large
private heated swimming pool is a wonderful break from the beach and
just off the pool is a large summer kitchen so that cooking for
family and friends can become a fun family event for everyone. The
chef will enjoy cooking on a (4) burner Jenn-air gas grill. Nearby
is a large granite countertop with over-sized sink and cabinets
below, (2) full refrigerators and dining tables will make meal
preparation a joy and all this and spectacular views as you cook,
swim and dine.
Also, poolside is a full cabana bath.

Screened in Porch overlooking lake and State Dune Preserve. Lots of
open Deck space.

Vista Dunes is a non-smoking home. No Pets

poolside cabana bath. Linens and towels provided. Lots of beach/pool
toys and floats.

Deep Sea Fishing Guide on the "Trigger Happy": Launch right from
Grayton Beach. Call for info. Swimming in the Gulf and Pool,
Biking/walking on 30A scenic corridor path, Golf, Tennis,
Racquetball, Amusement Parks, Fishing, Water skiing, Cinemas,
Museums, Sightseeing, Snorkeling/Diving, Boating, Sailing, Surfing,
Windsurfing, Parasailing, Kayaking, Jet Skiing, Shelling, Water
parks, Restaurants, and shopping at the Silver Sands Designer Outlet
Mall (largest in the USA). Young and old will enjoy crabbing in the
lake right next to our home which meanders to the Gulf of Mexico.
