Vacation Rental Description

Summer Special: June and July $ 725.00 per week!  Come and Relax and 
Enjoy the Sunny Florida Weather any time of Year!  Sunny and 
Comfortable Corner 1st Floor Oceanside Unit.  Enjoy 
your mornings on the screened porch or take a stroll on the beach.  
Our condo is nestled in the gated Ocean Village Club located on 
Anastasia Island in St. Augustine Florida. This lovely 1st floor 
unit has easy access and is just steps from the pool or a short walk 
to the beach.

Enjoy our spacious condo which has 2 bedrooms and 2 
baths.  The master bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath 
with walk in shower.  TV and DVD player and a relaxing recliner are 
also located in the master bedroom.  The guest bedroom has 2 twin 
size beds.  The 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower.

The living room sports a Queen size sleeper sofa and love seat.  TV 
with DVD/VCR.  This condo is beautifully furnished with all the 
amenities to make you feel like you are at home.  The kitchen is 
equipped with microwave, coffee maker, blender, mixer, electric can 
opener, washer and dryer, etc.. Plenty of tableware, bake ware, 
glassware and linens are provided.

The condo has all the conveniences to enjoy a relaxing stay at the 
beach.  The standard items are provided as well cable TV, air 
conditioning, ceiling fans, linens and free local phone calls.

Ocean Village Club offers 2 pools(one heated), hot tub, shuffle 
board, newly resurfaced tennis courts and gated access to the 
beach.  Miles of white sandy beaches are available for your 
pleasure.  The clubhouse is just steps away equipped with a library, 
excercise room and wireless internet access.  Historic St. Augustine 
is just a short 10 minutes away or enjoy one of the prestigious golf 
courses available at the World Golf Village.

The unit is a no pet and non smoking unit.  Maximum occupancy is 6 
people including children.  All occupants must be 25 years of age or 
older with exception of children accompanied by parents.

must as well as taking in a ghost tour.  Take in the Ocean by 
enjoying deep sea fishing, kayaking, surfing, sailing or just quiet
