Vacation Rental Description

This is a beautifull apartment, located in the golf club Pok-ta-Pok, overviewing the bay, it's in  
the first floor in  
front of the pool, and every area of the apartment has access to and from the pool, also overlooking  
the pool  
and the bay (both rooms and livingroom). 
 
It is rented by the owner and is very peacefull, with an extraordinary view of the hotels across the  
bay by night.  
It's located in the main hotel area.  
 
The apartment is fully equipped. It has 1 room with a king size bed, another room with 2 full size  
beds. Each  
room has it's own bathroom, A/C, fan and closet. It has a common area with a dinning table and a  
livingroom  
with a sofa that turns into a full size bed.  
 
The kitchen is fully equiped (microwave, coffemaker, toaster, mini-oven, stove, big refrigerator).  
It comes with  
bed cloth, beach and bath towels.  
 
It also has a T.V with local access and a DVD with several movies, as well as a carbon grill.

Vacation Rental Amenities

You have everything in the complex, ministore, laundry facilities, restaurant, taxis, cyber café,  
acces to the golf  
green ( in the club house). The beach is only minutes away by foot as well as the shopping area,  
discos, diving  
stores, several activities stores. It is 20 minutes from the airport by car and only a few minutes  
away from the  
main shoping malls. You can enjoy the pool, have a barbeque in front of the pool and enjoy the  
incredible wiew  
at night.
