Welcome to our home in beautiful Sandpiper Cove Resort on the Destin
Harbor! You have just found another of one of the best kept secrets
in Destin and one of the best places to spend your vacation. (the
other best place is our unit on the canal in Sandpiper). This is the
perfect place to stay especially if you want to bring your own boat
or rent one for the week and park it at your back door! But if your
here just to relax - the view off our 2 balconies of Destin Harbor
cannot be beat.

We are located directly on the Harbor in beautiful Sandpiper Cove
Resort. Our back deck is 10 feet from the water!! Sandpiper Resort
is a 42 acre quiet, secured, gated community located on the famous
Destin Harbor on the Emerald Coast. We have a 9 hole par 3 golf
course, 6 tennis courts, 5 pools with hot tubs, shuffleboard, all
free to our guest. Plus, a beach pavilion with great food and a full
bar while you overlook 1100 feet
of private white sandy beach.

Our home is directly on the water of Destin Harbor. Enjoy the
beautiful sunsets while sitting on one of our 2 balconies
overlooking the water. Great for entertaining, dining or relaxing
but you may never leave the balcony!! You can even fish or crab 5
steps off our lower deck!

For the boater, you can bring your jet-ski or boat and ride up to
your door. Complimentary boat docking is available for our guests
with electrical and fresh water wash-down.

For the more adventurous you can fish or crab out your back door.
Parasailing, jet-skiing, or ocean kayaks are available right on the
beach. We recommend that you go down to Gilligan's (a few blocks
away) and rent your own pontoon boat and have your own dolphin or
sunset cruise or spend the day at crab island with the locals. For
the fisherman, we have taken the guesswork out of walking down the
docks looking for the right boat captain. We can recommend several
area boat captains for both deep sea and bay fishing excursions! We
can even have a pontoon boat delivered to your back door for one day
or a week!

You are within a few blocks radius (by boat or car) to some of the
finest dining the Gulf Coast has to offer. You are a few steps away
from our front door to the award winning restaurant, Louisiana
Langniappe. What a great place to spend an afternoon on their patio
overlooking the Destin Harbor!

We feel as if our guests become a part of our family and continue to
return year after year. We have developed over the years a wonderful
extended family. Our cabinets are stocked with condiments and the
other necessities to make your stay a memorable one. Often times, a
bottle of wine or a beer or two maybe found in the refrigerator!
