Vacation Rental Description

Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica -- the premier destination in Costa Rica

beautiful sunsets in the world.  Home to spectacular restaurants and 
many fine hotels.

Nestled high in the hills overlooking the romantic Pacific, sits Casa 
Azul, waiting to be your home away from home in this land of beaches, 
monkeys, lush forests, sport fishing, horseback riding, and 
relaxation.

Consistently receiving accolades from people who have stayed there 
(see the Guest Book), the majority of the renters have stayed there 
before and return every year because of the superlative 
accomodations, staff, and value. 
 
Pamper yourself at a fraction of the cost of a hotel in your own 
private villa.  This beautiful villa  is rented on a weekly basis.  
Everything is modern, right down to the dish-TV.  We have a brand-new 
swimming pool with infinity edge, overlooking a breathtaking view of 
the ocean and the twinkling lights of the town of Quepos.  There are 
three bedrooms in the main house, each with a Queen or King bed, plus 
a small bedroom with full bath on the lower level of the house, 
unconnected to the main house, and opening onto the pool deck.  The 
house sleeps up to eight people.  It is professionally managed, daily 
maid service and you will be greeted at the Quepos airport (or upon 
your arrival by car) and shown around the town and beaches.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Three large bedrooms in the main house. One king, One Queen, One 
double.  Fourth bedroom is smaller, completely new, with full bath, 
located off the pool deck, but is not connected by steps to the main 
level of the home.   There is a beautiful infinity-edge pool 
overlooking the town of Quepos (see house's website for photos). Two 
full baths in the main area of the house. Washer, dryer, fully-
equipped kitchen.  Ideal for families or 4 couples traveling 
together. We have arrangements with hotels for our guests to use 
their pools if you would like.  We have a professional manager who 
greets you, shows you the town, and is available for your 
assistance.  Maid service is included every day (except Sunday) and a 
professional chef can be hired for only $125/day plus cost of food 
and he is excellent!

Vacation Rental Rates

January, February, March, April & December:  $2500/wk (or $425/day)
May & November:                              $1800/wk (or $325/day)
June, July, August, September and October    $1600/wk (or $275/day)
Christmas, New Years and Easter periods      $3500/wk (no daily)
