May - Sep:     $ 525.00 (4th of July Week:       $ 600.00)

FL State & County Sales Tax:  10% additional (not included in prices 
listed above).

Payment: Rental payment is due two weeks prior to arrival date.
Security Deposit: Security deposit is due at time of booking to confirm your reservation.

Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is 10:00am.

We rent only to families and adults aged 25 and over.
No pets please.
Smoking only on the balcony.
