Vacation Rental Description

Located in prestigious SW Cape Coral, within walking distance of 
the multi-million dollar homes of Cape Harbour and a few blocks from 
the trendy Rumrunners waterfront restaurant. This house is truly a 
topical paradise with 95ft of Gulf access waterfront overlooking a 
beautiful intersecting canal! Gorgeous landscaping surrounds a 
lovely electric heated pool and oversized jacuzzi/spa with a 
cascading waterfall. Fish or trap crabs from the sunny wraparound 
dock with boatlift. Gear included! The waterfront glistens at night 
when all the dock lights come on automaticaly at dusk. This house 
has a huge master bedroom suite with a private bathroom and 2 
additional bedrooms, plus an additional poolbath. The greatroom has 
a queen size sleeper sofa too. House is fully equipped with 
everything you need while enjoying your stay in lovely Cape Coral. 
Cruise the canals, explore the river and tour the gulf!  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped eat-in kitchen, gas grill, washer & dryer, telephone-
local calls are free, 35 inch cable TV,w/surround sound,DVD/CD 
player, stereo w/surround sound and pool side speakers, hair dryer 
in each bathroom,TV in each bedroom. This house is fully stocked 
with fishing gear, pool toys, pool side lounge chairs, table and 
chairs on the dock, coolers and beach chairs. Triple sliding glass 
doors lead to the Lanai as well as french doors from the master 
suite that lead to the screen caged pool and spa.

Activities and Attractions

Enjoy fishing, dolphin watching, swimming, or just relax in the 
spa. Visit the Cape Coral beach at the Yacht Club. Travel by boat 
or drive to close by Ft. Myers Beach. Explore Sanibel or Captiva 
Islands. Take a boat to historic Cabbage Key Island and eat at 
the restaurant where Jimmy Buffet wrote Cheeseburgers In Paradise! 
Take a day cruise to Key West from Ft. Myers Beach on the Key West 
Express. Make sure to visit the docks on Shrimp Boat Lane and buy 
the freshest seafood right off the boats!

Vacation Rental Rates

Home Rates:
Peak Season (Dec. 15 - April 30) $1100/week
                                 $3900/month
Off Season  (May 1 - Dec. 14)    $800/week
                                 $2800/month
Rates are based on a family of 4, each additional person $100/week.

$300 deposit to hold your reservation. Balance due 30 days 
prior to check-in along with the security deposit. Payment by check 
or money order. $500 security deposit will be returned within 30 
days of check-out less any damage fees, $120 cleaning fee, and 
electric fee.
Refunds - full refund of deposit less a $100 cancellation fee if 
cancelled 60 days prior to check-in date. Less than 60 days no 
refund unless we are able to rent the property, in that event your 
refund will be less the $100 cancellation fee.
