Vacation Rental Rates

$1600.00 per month if rented for 3mos; $1700.00 per month if rented for 2 mos; $1800.00 per month if 
rented for 1 mo + $300.00 Security deposit & $50.00 non-
refundable cleaning deposit. $500.00 (US) is required to hold reservation - will be applied toward 
total amount due.
