Vacation Rental Description

Our villa is an end unit in a private plantation golf community. 
There are 5 pools in the complex, one just steps from our villa. We 
have the best views in Queens Grant, looking onto the 11 mile lagoon 
that runs through Palmetto Dunes. It is near the Robert Trent Jones 
golf course.

All villas are ground level units with nobody above or below you 
offering privacy, yet it's convenient to all the amenities of 
Palmetto Dunes Resort. Three golf courses, 12 tennis courts, 
swimming pools and just a few minutes bike ride to the beautiful 
beaches of Hilton Head. You may choose to be chauffeured by the 
FREE service (available mid-March through mid-September) of the 
Palmetto Dune Buggy. Get personal door-to-door service to anywhere 
in the plantation, Palmetto Dunes beach, Shelter Cove Harbor, 
Shelter Cove Mall, Restaurants, Tennis courts and any of the three 
golf courses, and enjoy fireworks every Tuesday night at the Shelter 
Cove Harbor.

This spacious, and recently updated, villa has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 
baths. A wonderfully furnished and expansive living/dining room area 
provides plenty of space for family and friends. The master bedroom 
is on the ground floor and features a king-size bed, TV, ceiling 
fan, private bath and a beautiful lagoon view. The second bedroom 
(upstairs)has a king-size bed and TV and shares a walk through 
bathroom with the 3rd bedroom which has 2 full beds.

There is a large deck off the living room, complete with outside 
furniture and gas grill. The view is absolutely beautiful as it 
overlooks the 11 mile lagoon that runs through Palmetto Dunes. The 
fishing is great. It's very private and peaceful.

Mar. - May 23rd...$1000/week, except 3/22-4/11... $1350/week
May 24th - Sept.12th...$1350/week
Sept. 13th  - Dec. ...$800/week
11% Bed Tax Will be Added. 
Rates include linens, cleaning on departure and free tennis.
