If you enjoy the feeling of sand between your toes, then our front  
row beach house, "No Shoes Required" is just for you. Brighten your  
stay with our whimsical flip-flop decor inside & a tiki hut decor  
outside.  
Our spacious 2 Bedroom/2 Bath home sleeps up to 12 comfortably. 
(perfect for a few or spacious enough for more)  Only steps away  
from the water, feel the ocean mist on your face while swinging on a  
porch swing overlooking the Gulf of Mexico or relaxing in the warm  
bubbles of your own private hot tub. Large upper deck with a  
spectacular panaramic view of beach and ocean. You can see for miles  
up and down the beach front.  You can watch your children and  
friends play in the sand or surf as if they were in the backyard.   
All this just minutes away from the Seawall and its activites!

Vacation Rental Rates

Winter(September 2 - February 29)     $600wkend/$1000week 
 
Spring(March 1 - May 8)        $900wkend/$1400week 
 
Summer(May 9 -Labor Day)    $1400wkend/$2050week  
                  (Weekly Rentals Only from June through August) 
 
2009 SNOW BIRD SPECIAL: Jan 4 through Feb 28 (8 weeks) for $5,200 (that's only $650 per week) 
 
2008 SPECIAL:  Saturday, Aug 23 through Thursday, Aug 28 for $1,400 (6 days and 5 nights) 
 
Holidays Leases 
  Memorial Weekend - 4 days - Friday to Monday - $1,400 
  Labor Day Weekend - 4 days - Friday to Monday - $1,400 
  Thanksgiving Weekend - 5 days - Wednesday to Sunday - $1,200 
  Christmas - 7 days - Sunday (12/21) to Saturday (12/27) - $1,400 
  New Year's - 7 days - Sunday (12/28) to Saturday (1/3) - $1,400 
 
*Please check Availability Calendar often as some never confirm  
their lease or cancel their lease. 
*Linen and Towels are not included in the price but can be provided  
from a local supplier. 
*Weekly rentals for Summer Season are from Friday (5pm) to Friday (12noon) only. 
*Weekly Rentals Only during the months of June, July and August 
*Non-Summer Season Rentals - 3 days and 2 night minimum 
*All costs shown are total lease costs.  A $200 additional deposit  
is required for those who have not done successful business with us  
before.  The $200 deposit will be refunded if the house is left in  
satisfactory condition and only after the keys are returned. 
*Lessee must be 26 years of age 
*Family recreation only please - No parties, proms, reunions, family  
reunions, Senior Trips 
*No Smoking and No Pets Please
