Vacation Rental Description

This two-story condo unit is very spacious and in excellent 
condition.  The owners use it frequently, so maintaining a high 
quality rental is a priority for this owner.  The unit is a smoke 
free unit, and no pets please.

This top-level condo unit offers the best of any rental views - 
natural light is bountiful.  The tastefully decorated master bedroom 
has a glorious lake front balcony, and both balconies (second one on 
first floor off of the living room) offers comfortable outdoor 
furniture for your use and enjoyment.  Feel free to use the 
convenient reserved parking space directly in front of the unit.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Enjoy the amenities of Bristol Harbour Resort, including a full 
service pro shop and golf course, a tavern and restaurant onsite, 
tennis courts, boat slips and a private beach.  
-  Tennis courts (4) at no charge.
-  Boat slips available for guests

This unit offers the following and more:
- Master bedroom (King size bed) w/private balcony overlooking lake. 
- Second bedroom is very large w/2 double beds
- Ample closet space and storage on both levels.

Activities and Attractions

In the summer, golf, water-ski, sail, fish, or enjoy the private 
beach.  Enjoy the fall foliage or the downhill skiing at Bristol 
Mountain - located only six miles away.  Whatever the season, it's a 
beautiful place to enjoy.

The surrounding Canandaigua community offers art galleries, the 
Sonnenberg Gardens, specialty shopping, and music/theatre venues. 
Enjoy wine tasting, culinary classes, or dining at the New York 
State Wine Center. Canandaigua and the surrounding Finger Lakes area 
offers numerous wineries for tours and enjoyment.  

Other attractions of the area include the Finger Lakes Racetrack and 
the Roseland Water Park, with more development on the horizon. 

Vacation Rental Rates

50% of total rental fee due 30 days prior to arrival with balance 
due at time of arrival.  $150 deposit to hold reservation.

Check In:    4:00PM - if able, earlier time may be accommodated upon advanced request.

$225 / night - 3 night minimum
$1300/ week
$900 / Monday thru Friday Stay (vacate by 4pm Friday)

$650 / Monday thru Friday Stay (vacate by 4pm Friday)
