Our contemporary "Hidden Treasure" offers the best of all worlds.
Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the prestigious "Hidden Palms"
gated and guarded community in the heart of beautiful 
Palm Desert! This lavish condo was recently redecorated in rich brown
earth tones complimented by blue accents. Our contemporary condo is 
situated on one of the largest lots in "Hidden Palms", surrounded by 
arbor-covered bougainvillea patios, green belts, tropical flowers and 
palm trees. The yard is completely private and only steps to the pool 
and hot tub. The living room offers double glass doors which lead out 
to the patio where you can relax to the tranquil sound of the Zen water 
feature. This makes for an ideal spot to relax, sip a glass of wine or 
read a book. Wrap around patios offer plenty of space for entertaining and 
opens up the living area on beautiful desert evenings. We offer you 
approximately 1,800 square feet of living space with 3 spacious bedrooms 
and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen and breakfast area are fitted with European
style cabinets, thick white Corian counters, dramatic glass tiled backsplash
and all newer appliances. The dining room, living room and family room have
access to a private patio through double sliding glass doors bringing the
beautiful desert surroundings inside. You may want to relax in the atrium 
which offers a tranquil setting. There is a double attatched garage. 
It is a 20 minute drive from Palm Springs International Airport.

 neutral tones with subtle accents,full length custom drapes and 
 sumtuous silk bedding which add a little glamour to the room. The room 
 offers a walk-in closet, large en-suite with double vessel sinks 
 which sit on top of a long counter. The counter top is tiled in 
 Jerusalem stone offset with sea-glass tile accents. The tiled shower 
 and toilet area is private through a separate door.
-2nd and 3rd (spacious) bedrooms - Each offer a double bed, custom made bedding 
 in gold and ivory. All bedrooms include ceiling fans 
-2nd Bathroom - Offers the same beautiful ambiance as the master bathroom
-T.V.'s are located in the Den (42" Plasma), Master Bedroom and Kitchen.

Due at Time of Booking:
50% Deposit

$500.00 (Security and Damage Deposit): Refundable, less damages, 
10 days after departure

Remaining 50% due 30 Days Prior to Arrival
