Vacation Rental Description

Reminiscent of a southern Mediterranean village, Las Gaviotas is a 
pristine, picturesque and secure oceanfront development nestled 
along the breathtaking Baja coast. White plaster homes with 
brilliant colored tile and red clay roofs are strategically terraced 
along cobblestone streets directly overlooking the ocean.

The scenic views, private accommodations, and serene environment 
provide tranquil respite from the cumulative stresses in our hectic 
daily lifestyles. Ultimately, it is a haven of rest and relaxation 
as well as fun in the sun for all ages just 25 miles south of the 
border, six miles south of Rosarito Beach, three miles south of Fox 
Studios and one mile north of Puerto Nuevo, the famous lobster 
village.

Enjoy the panoramic ocean front views from the two balconies of this 
three level 4000 square foot house. Plenty of room to lay out and 
enjoy the warm Mexican sunshine. This house is ideal for large 
families, a group of friends or multiple couples who enjoy relaxing 
together.

Upstairs there is an expansive, ocean view living room with a 
fireplace. The kitchen has all modern appliances and over 300 square 
feet of black granite countertops including a 70 square foot black 
granite butcher block table. The dining room has a picturesque view 
of the hills behind Las Gaviotas. The second floor has four 
bedrooms, one with a fireplace and two others that are adjacent to a 
balcony with fabulous surf views. Downstairs has two bedrooms with a 
full bathroom. Other features of the house include stained glass 
windows, colorful tile, and spectacular sunset views.

The private beach, oceanfront pool, soothing jacuzzi, tennis, and 
volleyball courts are just a few yards from our door. Explore the 
tidal pools, lie on the sand beach, relax at the pool, fish from the 
jetty, or hit the surf with your friends. Due to the mild climate, 
the possibilities for relaxation and enjoyment are endless all year 
round.

Vacation Rental Rates

November - February except Holidays: Midweek rentals start at $225
a night.  Weekend rentals are $395 a night with a 2 night minimum.  
Weekly rentals are $1900.

March - May and Sept - Oct except Holidays: Weekend rentals are $425 
a night with a 3 night minimum on weekends.  Weekly rate is $2695.  

Memorial Day - Labor Day and Holidays, $450 a night.  4 night minimum
for weekend rentals and Holidays. Weekly rental is $2950.
There is a $60 maid cleaning fee collected for each stay.  3 or 4 
night minimums can be relaxed 3 weeks prior to first rental date.
