This very spacious 6 bedroom house was built for your comfort and enjoyment.  Enjoy the panoramic ocean views from the two balconies of this 3 level, 4000 square foot house.  This house is ideal for large families, a group of friends or multiple couples who enjoy relaxing together.

The top floor has a large balcony, living room, kitchen and dining room.

* KITCHEN: Fully-equipped with modern appliances. Full oven and stovetop, microwave, double sink, large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, mixer, electric can opener, cutlery, crockery, saucepans, and over 200 square feet of black granite countertops including a 70 square foot black granite butcher block table.

* LIVING ROOM: 2 three seat leather sofas, a two seat leather sofa, leather rocking chair, 27” TV with DVD/CD player and a River Rock fireplace.  Ceiling to floor windows with wooden blinds that lead to our gorgeous ocean view.  The sliding glass doors open up to the balcony and the ocean.

* BALCONY: Patio table with umbrella.  6 chairs for the table.  4 chaise lounges to lay out on. Plenty of room to lay out and enjoy the warm Mexican sunshine.  Check out the surf!

* DINING ROOM: One formal table that has 8 chairs.  There is one other table off the kitchen that has 4 chairs.

* BATHROOM: One sink, vanity and toilet. 

SECOND FLOOR:  The second floor has four bedrooms, one with a fireplace and two others that are adjacent to a balcony with fabulous surf views.   This balcony has a table with 4 chairs. 

* MASTER BEDROOM #1: Fan, Cable TV (20" TV),  KING-SIZED bed, dresser, two nightstands with patio doors leading to balcony area.

* MASTER BEDROOM #2: Fan, KING-SIZED bed, armoire, closet, two nightstands, with patio doors leading to balcony area.

* BEDROOM #3: Fan, KING-SIZED bed, fireplace, Cable TV (20" TV), and dresser Adjacent to bathroom with tiled overhead shower stall, vanity and toilet.

* BEDROOM #4: Fan, Bunk Bed with full on the bottom and single on the top, Cable TV (20" TV) and dresser. 

* BATHROOM: Tiled overhead shower stall, vanity and washer/dryer. 

FIRST FLOOR: 2 car garage, two bedrooms with a full bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed and one bedroom has a queen bed. 

* BEDROOM #5: Fan, KING-SIZED bed, Cable TV (27" TV), and 2 end tables.

* BEDROOM #6: Fan, QUEEN-SIZED Bed, Cable TV (13" TV) and dresser. 

* BATHROOM with tiled overhead shower stall, vanity and toilet.

* MISCELLANEOUS: Stained glass windows and colorful tile throughout house.  Towels, bed linen, and some pool towels provided.

* FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET

* 2 CAR GARAGE with automatic door.  You are allowed to have 3 cars in the Las Gaviotas complex.

The private beach, oceanfront pool, soothing jacuzzi, tennis, and volleyball courts are just a few yards from our door. Explore the tidal pools, lie on the sand beach, relax at the pool, fish from the jetty, or hit the surf with your friends. Due to the mild climate, the possibilities for relaxation and enjoyment are endless all year round

What a home away from home. Relaxation comes naturally. The locals are extremely friendly. The Lobster Village is like seeing old friends and we make it a point of visiting with the shopowners that we have gotten to know when we dine there. We look forward to patronizing the local fisherman

We couldn't have picked a more fun and relaxing place to stay than at this house in Las Gaviotas. The house was very large with a great view from the deck, huge kitchen, and great waves at our disposal close by. We felt safe and secure the entire time there and we loved the fact that

Abundant space and a beautiful location! We easily cooked a Thanksgiving meal for 9 in the large kitchen. I especially enjoyed the panoramic ocean view from the balconies and the 2 minute walk to fun surf, uncrowded surf. I hope to be a repeat costumer!

My group of 9 enjoyed our stay at Property 35219 last weekend. The sunset views of the Pacific were breathtaking from the property, and we plan to return for the whale migration season next year. This is a great rental for anyone looking have a nice, relaxing vacation in a quiet and safe community. The view of the house is absolutely beautiful, we had such a great time. The house is huge and can easily accommodate 12 people. The house offered a big balcony with a gorgeous ocean view and the condominium offers luxurious ammenties and a private beach. It was a perfect weekend getaway. We had a wonderful time,thanks again!! :0)

Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day weekend: $250 a night.  Rent two nights and get the 3rd night free.  The weekly rate is $1250. 

There is a $35 maid cleaning fee collected for each stay. We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.  Always willing to negotiate on last minute rentals.  Check our calendar and if we have open dates we'll gladly work with you and try to make it a win/win situation.
