Vacation Rental Description

Yes - We do provide a canoe for your use during your stay! 
 
Welcome to our Beach House…our Sunrise Beach house!  
 
This cozy cabin is a comfortable vacation space. 
The house is literally steps (with very, very few stairs) from the  
lakefront, the water is at the edge of the patio.  
 
Two bedrooms each with full-size beds provide accommodations for  
four adults. 
 
The living room, kitchen and dining area are open to each other. We  
supply satellite TV and a DVD player and all the kitchen amenities  
you will need during your stay. 
 
You can enjoy the outdoors and watch the action on the water on the  
large patio at the front of the house.  Make use of the loungers  
while you get some sun on the patio or your very own dock. 
 
There is plenty of outdoor seating with a patio set, lounge chairs,  
Adirondack chairs and a charcoal grill for your use. 
 
The dock slip is 10 by 24 feet with a boat lift and swim platform  
with a ladder. The cove is quiet with no-wake boat traffic which  
allows you to enjoy the water and spend hours on the dock or  
floating in the water with your friends and family fishing,  
sunbathing and swimming. 
 
You can use the CANOE during daylight as much as you like. Adult  
sized life jackets are included...please bring your own childrens  
life jackets.  
 
This guest house is located at 11 Mile Marker on the Sunrise Beach  
side of the lake which puts you right in the heart of places to go  
on  
the lake. Nearby marinas and entertainment complexes offer dining,  
live music, boat and jet ski rental, and gas docks. 
 
No Smoking inside - smoking is only allowed outside 
No Pets 
 
PAY FOR 6 NIGHTS AND THE 7TH NIGHT IS FREE!!

$100 per night...$600 per week 
 
$65 cleaning fee 
 
$200 security deposit is required to secure booking. 
 
Sales and lodging tax applies to all rates. 
 
Holidays require a minimum of four night bookings. 
 
Security deposit promptly returned upon completion of stay.
