Eight-Oaks River Estate in Grants Pass

Welcome to Eight-Oaks River Estate. Eight-Oaks is located on what is
known as the lake portion of the Rogue River 20 miles from Medford,
7 miles from Grants Pass, and 1 mile from the city of Rogue River.
We are approximately 2 mile up river from the Savage Rapids Dam and
have a private boat dock. Ski-boats and jet skis can be launched at
Savage Rapids Park, which is by the dam; swimming and picnicking are
also available there.

The two bedroom unit covers the complete upstairs with the garage
and studio unit downstairs. The two bedroom unit has a den and a
family room. The family room looks out over the Rogue River and has
a gas fireplace. Looking out the windows of the den, you are faced
with the mountains and the many fruit trees growing in the front of
the property. Help yourself to fresh fruit in season. All new
furniture, beds, and linens.

The studio unit can be rented in conjunction with the 2-bedroom unit
to accommodate larger groups. Contact me for
