Hither Hills. Soaring cathedral ceilings with skylights that afford  
sun-drenched living area. Open kitchen has all new appliances. Easy,  
one level living is great for families. Features three bedrooms and  
two new full baths including a large master bedroom with private  
bath. Outdoor shower for after a fun day at the beach. Private beach  
parking rights. We are located just 1 mile from famous Gurney's spa  
and resort which has day packages for off site guests.

Activities and Attractions

Montauk has something for everyone. There are miles of ocean front  
beach to sun bathe, swim or surf cast. There are many charter  
fishing boats, golf & pool at Montauk Downs State Park, hiking the  
miles of trails, kayaking, surfing, shopping and enjoying one of the  
many fine restaurants. Fourth of July fireworks over the east end.  
Montauk is also near Amagansett, East Hampton and Sag Harbor. 
 
September & October are beautiful after the summer crowds leave and  
ideal fishing season.
