$600-$700/week ... $1500/month (any 30 day period)

A 50% deposit required on stays of 14 days or less within a week of
making the reservation to hold the dates. For longer stays a flat rate
of $500 deposit is required within a week of making the reservation to
hold the dates.

One-time cleaning fee of $60 (non-refundable), Accommodation Tax
11.75%, and a $150 refundable damage deposit are required. Final
payment (remaining balance) is due 30 days prior to arrival. Upon
receipt of full payment a confirmation will be sent with a map and
instructions.

All in all . . . its completely worth it.
