Deep Water Front Cottage- Near Clemson in Lake Hartwell

Make sure you bring your boat and fishing pole!! Wake up every
morning to a beautiful view of the lake. Have your breakfast on the
sundeck and then go enjoy the day swimming and boating. This is 1000
sq ft three bedroom, one bath cottage with open plan, hardwood
floors, breakfast bar, vaulted ceilings, sundeck and outdoor shower.
Deep water on flat lot with private boat ramp and dock.
Two Queen and One full size bed.
Sleeps 6.

Private boat ramp and 40' swim/boat dock. Full size kitchen,
refrigerator w/ice maker, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender,
toaster, all kitchen accessories, washer and dryer, tv, radio, cd
player, grill, patio furniture, outdoor shower and a separate
downstairs bathroom. Lots of books and games. Linens and blankets
provided. Ceiling fans in all three bedrooms and kitchen. Air
condition. Fire pit, swing and picnic table.

Swimming, water sports, boating, fishing, golf, shopping, hiking,
biking, white river rafting, and Clemson football games.
It is close to Portman Marina and Clemson University. It is five
minutes from I-85 exit 11.
