Vacation Rental Description

Sundancer is a beautiful, private home only steps to the serene  
beaches of Seagrove. Four bedrooms plus... 
 
This wonderful, three-story, beach home has all the charm you need  
to relax and enjoy the pristine beaches of Seagrove and the quaint  
atmosphere of Scenic 30-A. Located in Majestica (a beachside  
village), it has a newly finished, commercial-size, community pool,  
shared by only eight homes. Majestica is a family only community, so  
you won't be at odds with groups of singles or college students, and  
they won't be at odds with the kids in the pool. 
 
We rent weekly only from March to October.  Saturday check in and  
Saturday check out.  Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are 5  
night minimum. 
 
It is only 18 feet from the front porch to the beach walkover. It  
takes less than 1 minute from the front door to the water. Every  
floor has a large porch with seating for afternoon cocktails,  
lemonade, morning coffee, or just reading/viewing/family time. Views  
from the top deck are unobstructed, as there is only a vacant  
natural landscaped lot between Sundancer and the beach. Please visit our

Sundancer has four bedrooms and three and one-half baths. There is  
also a bonus room which many use for sleeping. They are arranged as  
follows: 
* First floor: Guest room with queen bed and a full bath right  
outside bedroom door (sleeps two). Living area and kitchen are also  
on the first floor. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps  
two). 
* Second floor: large Master suite with king bed, sitting area,  
private balcony with Adirondacks, second phone line for use with  
laptop or extra phone, TV, and VCR. Private bath has a Jacuzzi tub,  
separate shower, and double sinks (sleeps two). 
* Bunk Room with two sets of twin bunks (sleeps four). It has a TV  
and a VCR. Shared bath is directly across the hall. 
* Guest room with queen bed, private balcony, TV, and VCR and shared  
bath just outside door (sleeps two). 
* Third floor - Seahorse towerhas fantastic views of the Gulf. It  
has a large deck for entertaining, reading, relaxing, sunning, or family  
time. The tower room has a half bath and a queen sleeper sofa  
(sleeps two). It also has a wet bar and a small refrigerator, a TV/VCR. 
 
Altogether, Sundancer can sleep 10 in beds and and has three and one- 
half baths. Also, sleeps 2 in the queen sleeper on the third floor,  
and if necessary 2 in the queen sleeper in the family room.

you each morning and cleaned and picked up each night, Parking in  
Private Parking Pad for Four Vehicles (extras can be parked at  
nearby rental office), FREE DVD rentals, Outdoor Shower, Tower with Wet  
Bar/Small Refrigerator,  linens are provided and are not only  
washed, but sanitized. Free Beach Service (3 umbrellas and 6 chairs) are  
provided each day during your visit (March through October).
