State University, yet offers loads of privacy along with picturesque 
views of Grandfather Mountain and Appalachian Ski Mountain in the 
winter months.  Paved driveway with a one car garage, plus 
additional covered parking area.  Covered deck/porch, along with 
bonus room on first floor, along with beautiful cedar tongue and 
groove ceilings.    

Vacation Rental Amenities

Range/Oven, Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Microwave, High 
Speed Internet Access, Telephone, Three Cable T.V's with DVD 
Players. All Dishes, Dinnerware, and Linens provided.  Dishwasher, 
Washer and Dryer included. Barbeque Grill and 
Swing on covered deck/porch, Portable Basketball Hoop.

$145 per night(2 night minimum), $750 per week
$185 (Holidays)per night (2 night minimum), (Thanksgiving, 
Christmas, and New Years),$1,000 per week.
Tenant(s) shall be responsible for paying all applicable taxes 
according to rates at the time of occupancy.
$100 deposit is required to reserve.
