Vacation Rental Description

New 2,700 square foot (completed in May 2005) 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 
home located in the new gated Capri community in Palm Desert.  
Private free form salt, pebble-tech pool and raised jacuzzi with 
stone waterfall feature.  Home comes with custom built-in gas BBQ 
as well as gas firepit with built-in bench seating.  The home is 
fully furnished and equipped with everything you would need to 
ensure you of an enjoyable stay.

Vacation Rental Amenities

2,700 sq ft., 3-bedroom, 3-bath home in new gated community. Large 
open kitchen with cherry wood cabinets, granite countertops, 
stainless steel appliances, 4 burner stove, dual ovens, 
dishwasher,and mircrowave.  Breakfast nook area has 4 seat dining 
table as well as seperate dining room with table for seating 
of 6-8.  Wet bar with mini-fridge and seperate sink located adjacent 
to dining room.  The great rooms 10-12 foot ceilings make for a very 
comfortable and open feel and comes equipped with new 65 inch DLP 
projection TV with DVD/VCR.  AM/FM Stereo with CD player and 
surround 
sound speakers throughout the house and on the backyard patio for 
your enjoyment, day or night.

Remote controlled ceiling fans are found in every room of the 
house.  
Home is also equipped with 2 large A/C units for the hottest of days 
as well as a gas-fireplace for those cool winter nights.

Master bedroom has California king bed with spacious attached master 
bathroom with shower and sunken tub as well as double vanities and 
sinks.  36 inch color TV and DVD player and large walk-in closet.  

2nd bedroom is furnished with queen bed with attached bathroom and 
walk-in closet.  3rd bedroom has two twin beds and also includes 
desk with PC with high-speed cable internet access at your disposal 
anytime.

Seperate laundry room with full size washer and dryer, built-in 
cabinets and seperate sink.  3-car attached garage.

Free unlimted long distance phone service(in USA) as well as free 
digital cable with most available movie and local cable channels 
included.

This is a non-smoking and no pet house.

Activities and Attractions

Centrally located to many of the valley's atractions and popular 
area 
golf courses.  Shopping and restaurants close by as both "El Paseo" 
and "The River" are just a short drive away.

Vacation Rental Rates

December thru April:  $325 p/ nite, $2,000 p/ week, $5,500 p/month

May thru June:  $275 p/nite, $1,700 p/week, $4,500 p/month

July thru September:  $250 p/nite, $1,500 p/week, $4,200 p/month

October thru November:  $275 p/nite, $1,700 p/week, $4,500 p/month

4-nite minimum stay required. Checks and most credit cards accepted. 
A non-refundable $100 cleaning fee is to paid in full with each 
booking.  A refunable security deposit of $500 dollars is required 
for rentals from 4-7 nights and $1,000 for stays longer than one 
week at the time of booking and will be returned within 7-days of 
departure.

Note:  During the winter months (December thru March)a $250 surcharge 
will be added for all weekly rentals if you would like the pool to be 
heated during your stay.  A $500 surcharge will apply for all monthly 
rentals.  There is no additional charge for use of Jacuzzi during 
this time period.
