Vacation Rental Description

Our Patio Home is located in the four star PGA National Resort 
Community. We are on the 11th hole of the Haig Golf Course and the 
front of our home is directly opposite the community pool.  This 
home was designed with an open design and cathedral ceilings. It has 
been recently remodeled. It is fully furnished and contains all you 
need for a great golf, spa, beach and sun vacation. The master 
bedroom suite has a king size bed as well as a full private bath and 
huge walk in closet.  The guest bedroom has been furnished as a den 
with a superbly comfortable chaise lounge that invites you to relax 
and read, nap or watch your favorite TV show or movie.  The plush 
couch opens up to a queen size sleeper.  This room also has a huge 
walk in closet.  A pocket door provides guests in this room with 
total privacy to go back and forth between the guest bedroom and 
bath.  The front of our patio home contains a large private lushly 
landscaped walled patio.  Our detached garage fronts the patio and 
contains a door that opens to the patio area.  All the necessary 
appliances are available, including washer and dryer, refrigerator 
with ice maker, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher.  Our 
living room opens to our screened-in lanai which overlooks the 
fairway.  The double glass doors that lead to the lanai are a 
movable wall of glass.  They can both be opened at the same time to 
allow the mild and fragrant winter season climate to become a part 
of your home.  The living room sofa opens up to a queen size sleeper 
to allow 6 guests to stay comfortably.

PGA National Resort and Golf Club is in the center of Palm Beach 
Gardens and near evey amenity you could ask for.  With our full golf 
membership, you may play on any of PGA's five spectacular golf 
courses, workout in the world class Health and Racquet Club, play 
tennis on any of the 19 Fast Dry clay champion tennis courts, play 
croquet or enjoy the services of the PGA National Spa located at the 
PGA National Resort located in this gated community.  With our full 
golf membership, you are entitled to all the guest services at the 
beautiful outdoor pool located at the PGA National Resort and Spa.  
Our Patio Home, plus all the amenities, will delight anyone looking 
for a great vacation get-away for any season of the year.

Activities and Attractions

PGA National is located within minutes of I-95 and the Florida 
Turnpike.  Adjacent to the community are Shoppes on the Green and 
Mirasol Walk for all your basic shopping and banking needs.  The PGA 
Resort and Spa contains five restaurants:  Shula's Steakhouse, 
Arezzo Italian Restaurant, the Citrus Tree, the Bear Trap Sports Bar 
and Restaurant, and the casual Nineteenth Hole.  Singer Island is 
only minutes away on PGA Boulevard, where you can enjoy one of 
Florida's most beautiful beaches and swim, sunbathe, sail or enjoy 
water sports.  If shopping is your pleasure, the Gardens Mall is 
located minutes away and contains a collection of Department(Saks 
Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale's, Macy's, Sears, and March 2006 
Nordstrom) and speciality stores (Ann Taylor, GAP, Talbot's, 
Abercrombie and Fitch, Coach, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany, Gucci, and 
other luxury stores).  Adjacent to the Gardens Mall is Downtown at 
the Gardens.  This unique destination is a shopping, dining and 
entertainment complex with something for everyone:  Cobb Theaters 
(16 screen Multi-Plex) Whole Foods Market, The Cheesecake Factory, 
Toojay's Deli, Johnnie Rockets, The Yard, and much more.
West Palm Beach is 20 minutes away with the famous Kravis Center, 
and City Place, where you can shop, dine and entertain in its many 
restaurants, movies and clubs.  Worth Avenue and Palm Beach is also

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates applicable for the 2007 - 2008 season:

High Season January thru April  $5800 per month
November thru December          $4800 per month
Low Season May thru October     $3300 per month

The minimum rental period is one month.
