plus two pull outs in living room), with Satellite TV, DVD player,
air conditioner, ceiling fans, washer, dryer, refrigerator, cook top
stove, gas grill, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans,
flatware and glasses. Pillows, towels and linens included.

Third Week in June through Second Week in September = $900/week
No daily rate available.
Third Week in September through Fourth Week in October = $800/week

Rental Week is Saturday at 3pm through Saturday at 10am
Rental Contract and Security Deposit Required
Rental contract mailed to renter and must be returned with $200
security deposit in order to reserve rental week. Security deposit
refunded at the end of the rental week upon visual inspection of
property by property manager.
