Walk from the condo to Anaehoomalu (Big A), the Hawaiian name of the Bay and Beach neighboring 
Waikoloa Beach Resort. A fun and welcoming recreation area for visitors of all ages, its 900’-long 
granular salt & pepper sandy beach is a popular, picturesque place to watch the sunset or relax 
along the shady shore. The beach park has great facilities including showers and restrooms, picnic 
areas, plenty of free parking and all kinds of fun opportunities to swim, surf, windsurf, boogie 
board, snorkel, sail and see under the sea on a glass-bottom boat cruise.
Everything you could imagine for a well-stocked kitchen is supplied 
(blender, rice cooker, crock pot, all kitchen utensils, and cleaning 
supplies).  The granite slab counters and stainless steel appliances 
help you feel right at home.  You won’t have to run out to get 
spices, foil or sandwich bags – they’re all there for your use.  
From seasoning your steaks, blending a mai tai to grilling freshly 
caught fish, anything you would need to prepare that quick snack or 
a gourmet meal is provided.
The Polynesian and Hawaiian décor and artwork help give a tropical 
feel to our penthouse villa.  The master bedroom has a king size top 
of the line Serta Perfect Day mattress to give you a restful night’s 
sleep.  The second bedroom has extra long twin beds with memory foam 
toppers which can be converted to a king size bed.  All bedding is 
at least 400 thread count and both down and memory foam pillows are 
provided.  There is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.  
Wake up refreshed to your own tunes on the iPod docking 
stations/alarm clocks in each bedroom.
After a long day touring the island, enjoy the 46” Sony Bravia LCD 
HDTV in the living room with 63 channels of music, HDTV digital 
service, including 5 HBO channels with on demand service.  Each 
bedroom has large screen LCD TVs and DVD players.  To keep in touch 
with your friends back home, free domestic long distance is 
provided, as well as wireless high speed internet.
Regardless of your daily outing, we have coolers of all sizes for 
your use. Beach chairs, snorkel gear and beach towels are all there 
to make your fun in the sun complete.  For your convenience, we have 
also provided laundry supplies.  We have set up our villa for you 
the same way you have equipped your own home.
