Vacation Rental Description

As you pass through the gates of T-Lea Farm, you are entering  
Seventy-three acres of country paradise. As you continue on, you  
will see our 5-stall horse barn and pastures that hold Jezebel,  
Jewel, Buck and Goldie, our precious horses. They love carrots and  
apples; you can stroll down from the cabin and visit them as often  
as you want. 
 
Getaway weekends will have a whole new meaning.The magic of this  
farm will bring out the romantic in anyone.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Luxury is what you'll find as you enter our three bedroom cabin. The  
master guestroom is on the highest level, with a king bed, and a  
private restroom.The other guest rooms consist of Queen beds and a  
main bath on the same floor; one with a down comforter, the other  
with a feather bed. Cozy and comforting.Is what you'll be doing as  
you enjoy lounging in front of the fireplace. 
 
This cabin has a full kitchen and dining area, as well as a gas  
grill, no need to dine out, and there are several markets just in  
town.

Activities and Attractions

Adventure awaits you. Bring your tent and camp anywhere on this  
land. There are plenty of trails that wind through the mountains,  
right outside your cabin. 
 
There are fishing outfitters nearby, white water rafting within an  
hours drive, hunting guides, and of course horseback riding - right  
on the premises. 
 
Horseback riding is a must, horses will be brought to you!, Ride  
through our mountain at just $45 an hour,(per horse). Located just  
minutes away there's plenty, the Charahola Skyway, Cherokee National  
Forest, The Lost Sea, (the largest underground lake in the U.S.),  
Fort Loudon, even a visit to the Orr Winery. 
 
At the end of the day, you can build a bon-fire, roast s' mores, or  
just sit and enjoy what T-Lea Farm has to offer.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates for Cabin Rental:  
 
November thru September  *$175- per night, 2-night minimum  
 
  Weekly Rate $900- per week, Saturday to Saturday  
 
October  $225- per night, 3-night minimum  
 
  Weekly Rate $1200- per week, Saturday to Saturday  
 
All rates applicable to sales and use tax 9.25% 
  *Holiday Weekends- October rates apply 
 
$100 Cleaning Fee, additional $75 with pet  
 
Reservations Cancellation Policy: 
Reservations made, must be cancelled before 14 days of the check-in  
date! 
75% will be charged if cancelled within 14 days (which is outside of  
the cancellation period).
