Condo del Arbol is on the 2nd level ,Apartment A 201, and is open to all the breezes that the nearby Caribbean Sea offers.

Natz Ti Ha means "by the water" in Mayan and describes this condo perfectly. It is privately owned and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms .It easily sleeps four people but we  we also have a comfortable rollaway cot ,to sleep a fifth. You will enjoy a great sleep in the most comfortable King Size bed in the master bedroom or in either of the two ,twin size ones in the 2nd bedroom.
Condo del Arbol is built in a cool Mexican/Caribbean style with a bit of a Mediterranean flair because of all it's soft,white rounded walls and solid, mahogany doors through out the condo.We have furnished Condo Arbol in a tropical, Mexican style, including a large hammock on the balcony for your siestas. Condo del Arbol,which means treehouse in Spanish ,indeed has this feeling but more luxurious as it is nestled amongst the coconut palms and other ,beautiful tropical trees with birds flying from branch to branch.

Our complex is located just a few steps to one of the finest ,white, sandy beaches in Playa del Carmen,Coco Beach. Coco beach is Tranquil and relaxing for you to 'veg' on your beach chairs under your umbrella. Perfect for your ideal vacation. However,should you or the kids need more , within a couple of minutes walk in either direction on this same beach ,you can rent wave runners,kites for boarding,etc,etc. 

Back at the condo after a day at the beach or sight seeing,go up to our rooftop and enjoy your margaritas/cocktails or beverage  of choice as you watch people stroll along the beach ,swim in the amazing ,crystal clear blue sea,float along in a parachute balloon or at night ,see the twinkling lights of the island of Cozumel ,just in front of you.  You can BBQ your dinner on a grill located on the roof-top with this fantastic,panoramic  view.

As said,Condo del Arbol means "tree house" in Spanish and we have named it
for that reason as it is nestled above the wonderful palm
trees,bouganvillas and tropical vegetation.
Condo del Arbol has a large, private terrace and you will feel that
you are in your own enchanted garden as you dine or lie in the hammock for those wonderful,tropical siestas.

Inside Beautiful colours, hand painted murals and Mexican tiles decorate the spacious interior of Condo del Arbol.There is central air conditioning that can be controlled by remote controls for your comfort level,also wonderful ceiling fans are throughout this condo. These may not even be needed as the beautiful Caribbean Sea breezes blow through the windows and doors when left open to enjoy.
Stroll around the natural pathways that wind under the shade of palm
trees and around sculptured waterfalls that will lead you to a large 19x4
metre swimming pool, only a few steps from your condo where you can enjoy a refreshing swim.

The beautiful Caribbean Sea andwonderful ,white ,powdery  beach are but steps away and easily accesible through our gates. We have two outdoor showers near our gates and also a couple of foot taps for you to rinse off the sand on your return .

 We have a wonderful Property manager who is acessable to you, regarding anything to do with the condo . She lives a few minutes away. She speaks fluent German ,Spanish and English . Should you need her assistance ,even to change a light bulb, she or one of her staff will respond to you within minutes.

the middle of the Riviera Maya in the State of Quintana Roo and it's
central location makes it convenient to all the sights and
adventures of Mexico's tropical Caribbean coastline. Playa del
Carmen is only 45 minutes from the ruins of Tulum to the south and
Cancun to the north.
Watersports are abundant in Playa including swimming, kayaking,
snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, fishing, para-sailing, even
skydiving and more.
If you are a golfer, don't forget your clubs. We highly recommend
playing the GRAND CORAL GOLF COURSE (we will get you special rates here),the world class, P.B.Dye design, Iberostar Playa Paraiso Golf Club, just 20 minutes away. There are also many other excellent golf courses in the area to challenge you.
