Rehoboth Retreat in Rehoboth Beach

This quiet, peaceful, three bedroom plus loft condo in Newbold
Square is hidden away on Silver Lake in Rehoboth and is only a four
block walk over a foot bridge to the beach and shops in town. Yet,
it is also convenient to the outlets on Route 1 and all recreational
activities. Nestled along the edge of Silver Lake, enjoy nature's
delights amid the hustle and bustle of this exceptional resort town.

All amenities including air conditioning, master bedroom with queen
bed. Two bedrooms on second level, one with a double bed, other with
two twins, and a loft with a double futon. Two cable tvs including
wall mounted 40 inch LCD with dvd, other 27inch with dvd,
washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and barbecue grill. Deck
overlooks the lake and the pool. Wireless high speed internet.
Parking pass may be included in season. No smoking inside please.
Please note towels, linens, and beach chairs are not included.

Pool on property. Basketball, tennis courts, baseball diamond,
soccer field, and playground are available within a stone's throw
away at the Rehoboth elementary school. Fish or feed the turtles and
ducks from the foot bridge over the lake. Rent a kayak and paddle
around the lake.

May - $1000 weekly or half weeks (3 nights) at $550
June - $1400 weekly or half weeks at $750
July and August - weekly rentals only at $1650
September - $1000 weekly or half weeks at $550
October through April - 3 night minimum at $150 a night
Must be 25 years old to rent.
Mandatory cleaning fee and security deposit required.
