Great Place to Stay; Convenient Location

My family and I really enjoyed our week stay in this townhouse. The pictures are accurate and the property was well kept. The home is spacious, comfortable and was spotlessly clean with ample linens and towels. The kitchen is complete with everything needed for cooking. It is minutes away from the retail outlets, variety of restaurants, and close to the Everglades National Park and the upper Keys. The owner was very nice and helpful as well. I am glad we found it and hopefully, in our next trip to Miami, we can rent it again.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly

A/C not working

Nice Condo close to Homestead Motor Speedway.
The A/C was not working and the owner was unable to have it repaired.
When asked to compensate us in some way he offered to take it off another say next tear.
This was not an offer in good faith.... since who knows if the air will work.

Owners response: A/C broke down Friday Nov 19th at night,technician pass by next morning and try to fix it.
A/C broke down again Saturday Nov 20th at night and Technician finally fix it Monday afternoon.
A/C work perfect now
Discount offer was real
After those Guest,anothers stay there for longer time (5 nights in Thanksgiving )and was not a single problem.
