Vacation Rental Description

Fully furnished 4 bedroom, 2 bath bayside Cape.  Three houses from 
the bay and just a short walk to the ocean.  Grocery store, newly 
renovated movie theater, and ice cream parlor are 3 blocks away.  
Fully equipped kitchen.  Outside deck w/furniture and gas grill, 
outside shower.  Daytime views of boating activities, evening views 
of beautiful sunsets from deck and back yard.      

Vacation Rental Amenities

Window AC throughout, ceiling fans.  Outside shower.  Laundry room 
w/washer, dryer.  Dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, 
all major appliances.  Cable TV/VCR/DVD downstairs and upstairs.  
Bedrooms: 
1st Floor: 2 bedrooms, each with full bed.  
2nd Floor: 2 bedrooms.  There are vaulted ceilings in both bedrooms 
upstairs.  One bedroom with full bed, the other is an oversized 
bedroom which includes 4 twin beds, couch, cable TV/VCR/DVD.  Great 
room for kids!  
Note: Bedspreads are provided, but no linens or towels.  
Eight (8) beach badges are provided.

Refundable $400.00 security deposit.

Activities and Attractions

As you drive down the main boulevard you will find numerous 
activities, shops, and different types of places to eat, etc.  This 
is a very uncomplicated island with so much to offer including 
rental boats and fishing charters.  Special packages for cruises to 
Atlantic City, jet skiing & parasailing just 10 minutes from house 
along with a variety of night spots.  Miniature golf courses and 
beautiful clean beaches.  Fantasy Island Amusement Park (not  
overwhelming in size) and Thundering Surf Water Park 10 minutes 
away.  Enjoy a tour of Barnegat Light House and enjoy the views of 
Barnegat Bay.  
Long Beach Island is an 18-mile island, narrow in size, which is 
family oriented.  If there is something you are looking for, just 
take a ride down the boulevard and you will find it!  This is a very 
safety conscious area also.
